.... I am back .... It always seems like winter keeps me busy, and not thinking about the poor jeep. However, in the spring I get itchy to run it some.

First thing is to do something about the extra emissions from the v6. It was feebly running on 6 and sometimes 5 last year. This winter sometimes it sounded even worse than normal. I didn't have the time to properly check it out. Now I pulled the cap. Points are fried. Hmmm.... plugs didn't look to bad and compression is good, around 115 (I am at 8K ft.). Then I check all the boxes, and adjust the brakes which seem to have developed a slow leak somewhere. Probably a wheel cylinder.

Then I can maybe look at swapping on some 31/10.50 BFG AT's on there.
Question! are the 31's going to clear okay on a stock '58 cj5 ?? It looks like they will, mostly. Thanks, happy wheeling!
