ARGHH I can't fit in the jeep! Move seat? Smaller steering wheel? Help?!

    What would you recommend I replace it with. And are there aftermarket rails available, or would it need to be fabricated from scratch?

    Step #1 Remove steering wheel.
    Step #2 Sit in Jeep.
    Step #3 Measure from top of belly to center of steering column.
    Step #4 Multiply by 2
    Step #5 Install new steering wheel that has a value less than the answer in step #4.
    Tip: Just like your kids shoes, leave a little grow room.

    The top one is correct. The picture for the bottom one is wrong. Note the part number. They are both grt4405.:v6:

    Twice I have bought Grant adapters; the first time I received the bottom one, years later I received the top one. I can't believe they still have them confused. I received the bottom one back in 1987 and used it for a long time. The correct one I just received last year. It fits much better.

    I have after market seats that are deep sunk,and my brackets are custom made so my seat is stationary for me. Until I gain 20lbs. then I must cut and reset.:)
