72 Heater control

    Does anybody know where, other than a junkyard I can find a new Heater control? As you can see, mine has definitely seen better days and the back of it is even more scrambled...

    The '72 is different from the '73-75 (different knobs, different panel), and may be different from the '71 (any '71 owners out there?). I'd look for some good used parts - maybe try Scotty's or J&W in California. There are some big Jeep-only yards in the Denver area IIRC.

    That's definitely the right panel. The cables have black plastic knobs - very plain. The soft knobs appeared in '73.
