    Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what the factory part number for the rubber mount between the transmission crossmember and the factory t98 transmission adapter is for a late 60s cj-5? I am assuming it is different than the 3 speed vesions...

    Thanks in advance!

The T18 installed in my CJ uses a Jeep T98 "Texas" adapter between the tranny and D18 tcase. The rubber mount, about 6" long, bolts to that adapter, and to the crossmember. Mine uses the same mount that is used for the T14 in the V6 rigs, p/n 939995. Should be available from places like Krage and 4WDH using this p/n. Cost should be under $15.
I did need to use a round file to slightly elongate two holes on this mount to get it to fit the T98 adapter. Probably 1/4" on each hole, literally 10 minutes or less.
    HTH!
