new cam = new valve springs?

i noticed a difference when I switched to the comp 252h. I had FLAPS order the kit for me (was about $250) and had it in on the 2nd day.

 

huhh... i wasn'tsure what was in the summit kit so i went ahead and ordered directly from comp cams. does this: http://www.compperformancegroupstores.com/store/graphics/00000002/K-Kit.jpg look familiar? If so, everyone should most definately buy it through summit. I'm looking at about 50 dollars for not being absolutely sure about what summit is selling. It is a complete kit though, o the initial problem has been solved.

 

Yes, you did say which parts kit was needed, but I ordered the parts when i figured out the cam link on the tech side wasn't an image like i always thought it was and didn't think thinsover enough. I've looked all over the summit site and never found the complete kit, so when i finally pulled up that part number the price differnce was enough to lead me to believe the comp cams site included something the summit site didn't.

If i just would have held off for a couple of hours...
