Fabricators! Selling ECJ5 tube fenders?

Fabricators, I’m wondering if any of you who have made your own tube fenders would be willing to make me a set for a fee? What kind of cost? Have you done this before? Is shipping just outrageous? Let me know your thoughts. I have a 1965 cj5.

Where are you located?? If your nearby I can prob help you out. If not, shipping will be killer, so you might be better off to find a local 4x4 shop and let them build some. Any shop worth a darn shouldnt have any problems making a set.

 

Thanks guys. I’m in Minnesota. If you have any idea of weight and size after boxing up, I can check on the shipping. I like the idea of working with a welding shop too – I might check that out. I had originally planned to mock up my own – but time is limited and the project list is long… so I thought I would ask one of you who have already made a set.

 

How close are you to Burnsville Minnesota???? I know Burnsville offroad does some really cool builds, I would call them and ask about building you a set of fenders. When you do, post up what they say. I get to Minneapolis once in a while.
