    Hi all

I seem to always want more out of my jeep, and about 50% of my ideas will never see the light of days, but aren't we all like this ?

Anyway, here goes : Did anyone here fitted an air-conditionning compressor on an inline 6 to make some sort of onboard airt setup ?

I want to know what donor car/truck you took the compressor, and I want to see how you fitted this on an inline 6 with power steering.

I research internet for this, but I learnt some time ago that you guys are always a great source of info.

    Thanks all

Early to mid '70's AMC cars used a good York compressor. Find a Gremlin, Pacer, Matador, etc. with A/C and pluck all the brackets and pulleys and install. You may want to use the power steering pump pulley and brackets from the car as well to make sure the pulleys line up. Unfortunately AMC used different combinations over the years and not everything lines up when mixing and matching. Nickmil

I have a braket off a 258 out of a wagy that you can just bolt up and go if you have a 258 PM me if you are interested.
I might even have an extra yorky laying around.
