Urgent: 1972 Jeepster Commando Fuel Tank & Sending Unit

    Need help finding out if a 1972 and 1973 V8 fuel tanks are compatible.

    the only difference I'm aware of would be the small, vent nipples for the rubber hoses that run to the cannister/emission euip/roll over valve.
    the 72 tank probably had one of these small nipples on every corner of the tank; the 73 tank should have them close next to each other on just one side of the tank
    this can be overcome
