Is this the original axle?

    Its a 68 CJ5 and I need to know if this is the original model axle that came in this Jeep. I have my doubts and I possiably need to order some drums and other parts for it. You can see where the axle actually dimpled the old Black Diamond shocks. I dont know if that happened because those shocks have a wider body then original or because this is not the right axle for this Jeep. It measures roughly 51in from drum face to drum face and the ID of the drums is 10in. Any help appreciated.. Thanks..

    Looks original to me - looks like a Dana 27. Check the web around the pumkin and it should be stamped there.
