Steering Pump... what kind

    Here is a pic of my steering pump!

    Question, what fluid do I use? Do I fill it to the top? There is alot of play, is there a rebuild kit? Thanks

    Hi, Thats not a pump thats a ross steering box Im not sure what lube goes in it as I scrapped mine for a saginaw box as many others here have. Im sure someone here who has the ross box will chime in with the correct answer.

    Most people use 90wt with some 140 wt added in to slow leaks. Yeh thats not a pump and there are rebuild kits availible from people like Krages IIRC.
