Okay... so I put in a new front output shaft seal and the puddle in my driveway immediately started drying up. It was great. I drove it for about 4 days without having to climb underneath with the 90w. Then this morning I walk out there and I've got a massive puddle again. I've got no noticeable driveline vibration, the new seals seemed to fit well, and it sealed great for the first few days. Any ideas?

I just got my transfer case resealed. It kept leaking from the front output shaft. Even after I repalced the seal myself it worked for awhile and than leaked again. Took it to a place and they had to insert a sleeve in the front of the transfer case because of damage from old age or whatever. But this sleeve created a new surface for the seal to seat against. It is also tricky on how much tork you put on the yoke when relacing the seal. So far mine is not leaking anymore and it leaked like crazy before I had it fixed................good luck
