axle drive flange gasket

    How important is it to replace the axle drive flange gasket (6 bolt)? I am replacing the wheel cylinder on my front left 10 in. brakes and this gasket broke in half when disassembling. If need to replace, are they easy to find? Thanks!

    just use silicone sealant with no gasket.
