Front Bumper

    I finished the bumper project yesterday. Here's a few pics taken throughout the day yesterday. Big thanks to all who gave me bumper pics and ideas. Also thanks to everyone who responded on winch opinions. It's an M8000 Warn. The tow hooks are from a Ford Super Duty. Winch is mounted on a piece of 1/2" plate steel. Bumper is thick walled 4" channel. Kyle finished his PTO winch yesterday too so we are hoping to try this stuff out later today.

    looks good! I like how you put the winch plate inside the frame channel.

    Very cool. If I did not have a Saggy swap going on I would do something like that when I put a winch on.

    I guess you have the saginaw conversion that you cant mount your winch that way?

    Nope, its all stock (armstrong power steering)

    There was supposed to be an "if" in there.

    Meaning this. With Saginaw steering, wouldn't the steering box be in the way?
