Want to reinstall my 3 speed trans.Iwould like to bolt the adaptor and trans. to the bellhousing, then attach these to the motor,or should I bolt up the bellhousing , then adaptor, then trans. I recently had to swap out the trans.,when I did I pushed the clutch fork off of the ball mount thus ruining the clutch fork and dont want to do this again. Figure it would be better to install as a unit. Comments??

I've found it's easier to bolt the bellhousing to the engine first, install the trans then install the transfer case. But that's just me.
