I have been looking for a shop manual for my 1979 CJ5, but all I can find is the Haynes/Chilton type of manuals.
E-Bay has manuals but they seam to cover specifics, like only the engine.
Has anyone tried the manuals on CD, are they any good?
Anyone have a source for original factory type manuals?

    Thanks
    Pete

Does this thread Where can us newbee's get a FSM? help with your questions? It seems to cover at least a few. The search in these forums is pretty good with the right keywords...

    Hope that helps somewhat :)

I purchased my service manual from eBay, as well. If you can't find one today, wait a day or two. Auctions might have ended and the seller hasn't renewed them.
