another newbie front locker question...

    If you have a locker in the front axle and manual hubs.. and only one hub locked in, what actually happens?

    Only one wheel pulls or neither or what?

    I saved a weekend of wheelin by removing a broken axle shaft(D25) and continuing to wheel with only "three" wheel drive. No problems other than some 90w tried to leak out of the hub until a rag halted that. Generally a locker will effectively supply power to both wheels equally IMHO.

    Same thing happened to me @ Tellico last year. I sheared off the hub bolts and the hub fell off. I had 3 wheel drive the rest of the way and didn't even notice it was missing. David brought it back to me @ the camp or I'd have probably not noticed it till I got home.
