I am so sure this has been discussed before. I just searched through over 400 threads and not one hit. Many Many Many V6 threads though.

I am looking for a replacement radiator for my F134. I have searched and found many threads about the fiero swap for the V6 but no luck for the little 4cyl.

Looking for an inexpensive alternative. Oh yeah need a water pump too.

    Thanks

Anyone know if they still make a rebuild kit for the pump? I came across an old link and am researching now.

I am trying to avoid having my radiator recored as it seems it is almost as expensive as a new one.

    Thanks

Hey Kevin, I have a new radiator for my heep, you want my old one? It might be fixable. I could hook you up with a water pump too, but yours might be in better shape. I've seen rebuild kits listed for them somewheres, can't remember where, but I'd try Walck's first anyway. But hey, if NAPA has new ones....

Appreciate the offer for the radiator. I believe mine can be fixed. I will know once I get back to CO and take it in I guess. I am just looking at my options. I had one fixed for my cherokee awhile back and that ended up being about 150.00. I coulda got a new one for that or close to that. I have read about the fiero rads for the V6 and was wondering if someone had a cheap alternative to a recore/repair.

Also, those rebuild kits were only 10-15 bucks as opposed to a new one. What they run about 50-60? Gotta keep the price down right now. I am doing enough to it right now.

On another note....I swear when I get back I will check the paint booth out.

No hurry, just let me know when you can. I'm still sitting on your 11" backing plates too, I'll just trade you those for that draw bar. Seems like I remember reading something about somebody saying certain Mustang radiators would work? Don't remember if that was for the F-heads or V6's.

Walck's lists a water pump repair kit, in the price range you were talking.
