if you want to go to 30 spline you will need the loaded carrier, carrier & lunchbox locker, limited slip, or full case locker; "adapter" carrier bearings; and shafts.

no adapter, that's why it's in quotes. i was refering to the bearings themselves. i can't remember the part number off-hand, let me do some searching. gears should swap over np. as far as shafts, using flanged or going custom?

I think you have to go custom. I have not heard of 30 spline flange axles for the off set 44. Could be hard to find. Next best thing is a full floater kit.

Look for a 70-71 axle. Mine bolted right in place of the tapered.
