In 1995 they used what was called Central Point Fuel Injection. It was a single injector that fed fuel through tubes to the individual cylinders. In 1996 they changed to Central Sequential Fuel Injection. Basically the same but it used 6 individual injectors feeding the tubes. They had alot of problems with both. The poppet valves at the end of the tubes clog up, pressure regulator leak, etc. It also uses many, many sensors including up to 4 O2 sensors, one after the converter. IMO you would be better off using one fron 89 to 92 with the Throttle Body Injection. Much simpler. Did all this research because I have a 1996 out of an Astro for free. I will stick with the 225 for now.
