I'm over the hill on my frame off restoration on my 70 cj5. The exhaust the jeep came with came out in front of the reer tires. This is going to be a grocery getter and would like too keep it quiet with the exaust out the back. Will this stink me out when the top is off.

Not when the top is off. You will get some suck-in if you drive with the rear window rolled up and the top/doors on.
Be sure to have your tailpipe end turned down, or out, depending on where it exits... just don't have it going straight out the back and cut parallel with the tailgate, that style increases exhaust suck-in.

BTW, welcome aboard! Got pics? Introduce yourself and your rig in our Introductions forum!! :)

Thanks for the help Lynn. I'm lacking in my computer skills and can't figure out how to insert a picture. When I figure this out I'll post some.
