2"x3" tube body sliders and body contact????

Hi All,
I was working on my sliders and body mounts tonite and I have a question. In your opinion would it be better to have space between the rocker and the slider to allow for deflection or is it better to have the body sit on the slider?

I would leave a little space between the two....

Yup. Also if the body is sitting on the sliders it may get noisy at some point.

BTW, you are talking about distance in between slider and rocker and not how far out from the body the sliders are?
