Where to buy parts?

    For my 74 CJ-5 I need the loops that go on the hood to hold down and suppoert the hood. I would like original ones or as close as I can get. I do not want chrome. Were the originals just bare metal?

    I also need the strap that goes from the windshield to the loop to hold it down.. I prefer N.O.S. on this one.

    Going to play in the garage this weekend ... I will see what else the ole Jeep needs!!

    Kaiser willys will probably have the parts you need. They deal with parts for older Jeeps such as yours.

    Also try Walck's 4WD, and Beachwood Canvas. Beachwood specializes in canvas reproductions for Jeeps and military vehicles, and they've got most of the obscure little parts. Not the cheapest though.
