Just ordered a couple of cans of the 75 Mellow Yellow code 528. Cost $21.00/each, but by the time I figure the costs of Preval sprayer/paint/thinner/hardner, I think its probably cheaper with the rattle cans. Plus you have unlimited shelf life........

I've got a little underhood project with my battery tray and firewall. Should have the cans next week and hopefully be finished sometime thereafter. I will post pictures and comments when finished......

This is the outfit I ordered from.....seem like good folks. Even gonna' throw in a couple of extra spray valves. This is one stage paint (acrylic enamel) and should be very easy to apply/recoat/etc.

i'm not much of a rattle can guy.
but using OD paint on my WWII jeeps
has kinda cured me of that.
but...the finish of your nice yellow CJ
    is much better.
    spray guns have their advantages

Neat idea. Does the acrylic enamel will give a better finish than a regular can of spray paint? I've got a cheapo rattle can paint job on my Jeep right now. One thing I noticed is that there is some variation in the color from one can to the next. I suppose that would be elimated if you have a batch mixed and canned all at the same time.

Looks kinda cruddy, unless far away R) , but it only cost me about 30 bucks :)
