OK. I got my 74 CJ-5 ready to take on the Rocky Mountain winters :) (21 ft. of annual snow fall/yr. at my location). Got a Myers 1/2 cab, 7' Myers plow, 8K winch mounted on the original drawbar etc. But enough bragging.
My heater fan burned up and I need to replace it. Any of you guys have ideas on where to get a replacement???
I certainly would like an OEM or NOS replacement, but I don't think the local NAPA store will have them.

    Thanks for any help!!

I got mine off an old Chevy van at the local Pick-a-Part (junkyard).

Have you tried 4wd.com???? I have heard that you can replace the stocker with one out of a blazer, but the motor sticks through the firewall. I have no experience with this, but I'm pretty sure that's what I have heard:rofl:

I envy your location. It's supposed to be 46 here today and normal temps are barely in the 20's. We haven't had snow since well before Christmas.

    Good luck,

We think the motor in mine is out of a chevy van. It fits in the original heater box. It has LOTS more power than the original. Don't be too set on OEM. It's not always the best.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I'm not so concerned about authenticity as I am being able to simply bolt-on a new motor with minimal hassle. I'll try 4WD Hardware first. Thanks again.
