I just twinsticked mine. i was going to make it myself, but with some time contraints, i bought one off ebay for $119. It was well built and actually made out of stainless (given i painted them black) it is a pretty nice conversion. real straightforward.

was actually thinking about making my own shifters.....but that conversion is still down the road a piece yet. After being under the jeep today i noticed the T-case covered in thick mud and still leaking from every seal/gasket

appears i will be rebuilding this also........the fun never stops R)

I bought a rebuilt T18a/D20 from this guy, with his twin-stick kit installed. He sells the twin-stick kits, really smooth, but more $ than above.

(note, not selling for him, just recommending/showing what I got)

Bought mine off e-bay too. Little more $ than above, but was super easy to install and good quality too. I've got a D20 off a FSJ so the shifter is a little different setup, but a CJ D20 is same type of install.

Twin sticked a bunch of model 20s. Build my own but I've seen those stainless ones and they are pretty darn nice. One thing, if you twin stick a Wagoneer/PU 20 you may have issues with it jumping out of gear. If you do then there is a portion of the shift rail that must be welded up and re ground. There is one portion on the rail that is ramped instead of notched and this area must be welded up then ground into a notch to keep a positive lock on the detent to hold it into gear. I had an issue with a couple conversions until I finally figured out what was going on. Now I do that and have had no further issues. Nickmil.

I got one of these for Christmas. Was it real difficult to install, and did you remove the transfer case? The guy selling it said the case had to be partially disassembled to remove an interlock pin or something like that.

i didnt have to take the tcase out. i think the interlock pill he was talking about is so you can have front and rear control. i didnt do that because it was not that important to have front wheel drive only, plus i didnt want to shift one side in low and the other in high adn grenade the whole thing :(
it was an easy install for me.
