What other trannies

    Hi I'm new to the board and am so glad that I found it, any ways I have a lot of questions now that I finally found some people that might know something about my jeep, its 66 CJ-5 dauntless V6 tuxedo park Mark V. My tranny pops out of first real bad and I would like to put a four speed or even an Auto in it, What will bolt up to the motor, does advanced adapters have any belhousings to adapt trannies to this motor? Also I was wondering if I could swap in a later model windshield frame so that I could get the windshield wipers on the bottom is this possible? Any info is greatly appreciated thank you.

    Welcome from W. MI. You're right at home here...;)

    Your current tranny could likely be rebuilt to get rid of the issue...tranny swaps can be a long and big $$ prospect..;) I chickened out and bought a Jeep with the swap already done.
