signal-stat 900

    When installing th signal-stat 900 will the orginal flasher work or do I need to buy the recommended flash? I have a 75 cj5 w/304.

    The original should be OK, unless you have installed LED lighting. The stock-type flashers rely on the current loading of the stock incandescant lighting in order to work, and LED lights don't draw enough current to work properly. There is a special flasher available for LED lighting.

    My rear LEDs work fine without having to change flashers.
    Instructions stated I might have to though.

    Actually got it installed last night. Everything is working good except the left rear blinker. Got to be wiring in the back. When I turn on the left rear blinker both rear lights blink. Right rear works fine.
