$300 seems kinda steep. What are the advantages to this bad boy? "Street/Strip or Racing" Well I'd have to go with racing of course.

Just cruising through the mighty Ebay hoping for a deal on a DUI and I stumbled across one for a V8, what I thought was interesting was in his description, everything new was in "quotes." I wonder what this guy definition of "new" or new is?

I haven't seen any on ebay in a while from the guy I bought mine from. I know member "fugginjim" bought one from him also, but that was several months back. I paid less than $100 shipped for a brand new DUI that had a crack in the cap....I had to search hard to find the crack he was talking about. I think the DUI is the only thing that keeps my otherwise tired dauntless going strong. The standard HEI I had helped, but not to the degree of this beast.

 

i got one here froma member, but it is a dui one. i havnt been in a jeep withone of the other ones, but the diff was HUGE when i installed the dui one. big diff in accelration, smoothness, and all around much better pedal response through all gears and power bands

 

Yes I have one also havent really used it yet but in the drive way it seemed to have made a difference in throttle response. Got it through Ebay at $150 with shipping. I believe well worth that price but 359 is kinda steep

 

Where are all you guys getting this thing for under $200? So I'll rebuild my HEI - rotor, cap and ignition module, while I wait for a DUI to show up.
