Its time to change my heater core in the 76. The Haynes manual i have is really no help besides a diagram. Is it pretty straight forward or are there a few unforseeen tricks? How much time do you figure?

Considering the blower motor upgrade while i have it torn apart as well, opinions? I know on another thread there were aftermarket options that looked better but for about 50$(if i do the motor as well) plus my time its the way im going now.

Everybody else waited until its cold to deciode to fix theirs too right? R)

    Thanks

I currently have a 79 CJ5 and just finished the blower motor upgrade. It was pretty easy. The hardest part was drilling the hole through the firewall and getting one of the hoses off the engine.

I did take pictures and am getting them developed this week. I did a complete writeup on it to include bolt sizes as well as possible suggestions to make it easier. If you'd like, I can email since I haven't posted it yet til I get the pictures done.
