I have a line on a very nice set of fenders from a 81 Scrambler. I have it in my mind that they are the same as my 72 cj but I want to make sure. Anyone?

No way I'm going over Monument Hill today! Maybe next Sunday. What part of town are you in?

Parker. Home of real cowboys and yuppie wanna-be-cowboys. When you're coming up I-25 you'll come over a hill and at the Lincoln exit, you'll see Denver sprawled out in front, Parker is straight east to the right about 4-5 mi.

There used to be a pretty good dive bar & grill right on the highway. I think my brother bought his horse trailer there too. I know where you are now. Home of the strip malls running south from Denver. I was sad to see that last time we went through there.

Are you talking about on Parker Road? I think it's highway 83, runs n. & s. There's a trailer sales place there, and I guess there are some strip malls. Never thought about it that way, but there is a couple of cheesy looking ones. Got a lot of new stuff here too, getting to be quite the boomtown. Time to move.

I was talking about 83 just north of you. The development in that area is frightening. It is losing all of it's rural charm.

i used to love driving through the denver area. not anymore though its grown way to much in the last 15-20 years. to many illegal mexicans and to many legal californians. still its nice if you can get back in the hills far enough.
