Hardtop handles

Following the tip from www.manoian.net/jeep , I googled the company he references for his "slammer latches".

My problem was my interior handles were missing from my hard top when I purchased my Jeep in January. My state requires an annual inspection and without the handles I was screwed. I fabricated some "flapper" handles from 1" flat aluminum stock and pressure fit them over the square rod with stainless steel machine screws and lock nuts. Doesn't look pretty but works.

This site contains not only the handles I need, but complete latch assemblies.

So, if you have a hard top and need handle or latch hardware, try this place. I hope this saves you (anyone) some time in researching where to find these things.
