Online ordering

    Anybody got a good recomendation for ordering small stuff on line? Transfer case boot and knob, Overdrive boot and knob.
    I've been buying that kind of stuff through 4 wheel drive hardware but am trying to find an alternative with lower S & H costs and who doesn't charge me sales tax.
    I live in the boonies and don't mind paying a reasonable freight charge to save time and gas. But one of the things I like about buying online is no sales tax on out of state suppliers, the 8% helps offset the freight. But, when somebody doubles the UPS charges plus, plus and then charges me sales tax on top a $12 shift knob starts getting pretty expensive.
