Well, aside from the fact that I took a frame from a V-6 jeep and converted it to an F-134, here is a neat way of installing anything when you have almost no access to the other side. e.g - inside of frame rails up front where the frame is mostly boxed.

Get a telescoping magnet with a 1/4 inch magnet. Run it through the hole and put your bolt on it. Then pull it back through the hole and attach washer, nut and lockwasher.

I installed those F-134 motor mounts in a half an hour using that technique. I wanted the bolt head to be inside the frame so that after I tighten the bolts holding the mounts on I could put something on the threads to prevent them from vibrating loose.

I'll likely tack weld the mounts as well.

This trick can be done even in areas where you do have access to both sides, but your arms aren't long enough to reach around and hold one side whilst you put the nut on the other side.

I will be doing this very same mod (v6 to F134) shortly. Thanks for the info!

Another way I like is to run some stiff wire in the threads of the bolt- I've pulled a bolt 2 feet through a frame rail to line up with a hole this way.
