20k wouldn't surprise me but it's not all that for 30.

 

And what is up with the roll cage? Looks like the front down bars fit very poorly. It is a nice Jeep, for $30k it would have to be perfect.

 

Where's the winch? It has the mount and fairlead but no winch.

 

I love the list of items listed, such as “rods” and “parts” and what they can’t remember. It is a pretty Jeep, but yes, where did they source that front cage hoop with bends for another vehicle?
I also don’t know any real surfer that would lay a good board down on as asphalt parking lot.
