How Well Do Soft Top Windows Restore?

    I see there are a number of products that claim to restore the clarity in soft top windows, but I'm wondering how well they actually work. I found a set of doors with upper and lower windows, which I really like but the clear plastic is now yellow and no longer see through. Can they be salvaged? What are your experiences?

    I used toothpaste.
    Worked on my head lights, worked on my head, worked on the rollbar paint that rubbed into my soft-top.

    If the plastic is severally yellowed, then they’re done. Usually they will be so brittle by this point too.
    You can try Meguairs Plastix plastic restorer.

    if you have any rubbing compound, try a small area. It's pretty agressive and if that doesn't restore any clarity then don't waste your time. Depending on the condition of the top, auto upholstery places can replace windows.
