Hey all, long time since I've been around.

Dad or I accidentally tightened the set screws too much on his warn FF D44. The hub face on one side is unsalvageable (failed internally/ destroyed trying to trail fix) and the other is bent but I haven't peeked inside.

I'd be interested in buying either a complete set of these FF kit specific hubs, or hub faces with the internals that are attached to the face internally.

Also interested in drive flange parts for the warn kit, but far more interested in hubs at the moment.

Do you have any photos of the parts in question?

I'll take some this weekend. They are 30 spline Warn premium locking hubs, Warn specially made them for the kit back in the day.

I believe you are speaking of the set screw that was later added to the dial to keep the dial from turning. The Warn
hub part number is 36655. They come up on EBAY sometimes. I thought of getting an extra set myself. They fit the
1966 to 1977 Ford Bronco and probably other Dana 44 fronts axles with a 30 spline shaft. Herms kit I believe uses the
external hub similar to the Jeep fronts. Richard at R&P may have some of the old hubs applicable to your style. Also
depending on what is broken, you might use the outer portion of these hubs with your inners using the actuating
portion. I would imagine they are the same.

Dang, the ones I got from R&P for his full float kit that was, from what I understand, the same as the old warn full float kit were part # 60165. They were 30 spline outers and the same as the #36655 but without the allen screw are now discontinued, eek. I have a single hub for a spare but not a pair. Wish I had known they were being discontinued, I would have bought another set! I let you know if I find any.

I did not realize that the different part number just meant it had set screw retention. I know the 36655 comes with a small sleeve
that keeps the spring centered. Mine must be the 60165[no set screw} but the kit did come with the sleeve. I am still thinking
the hubs are Dana 44 on Dana 30 spindle with the correct bearings and seals.
The hubs Wildhorses list look to be these but at a better price:

You could go this route but showing 1 in stock:

One other option is to take the Warn-20990 and replace the inner splined gear with these:

A video showing how to convert the Warn-20990 19 spline to the RCV 30 spline gear.
    No set screw locking though.

After thinking on this a little more, it occurred to me that you should be able to buy the 20990 hubs and just put in the 30 spline
adapter from your old hubs. It should also be possible to drill and tap for the set screw if desired. It seems the cheapest route
to go. $169 on Amazon. Not too bad.
