With goferit out of business and TMR apparently no longer selling kits who has a reasonable solution?

 

Look at these on A ZON. Examine the details, I am thinking they might work for you. If they will work you need only a regular drill bit to open up the holes. The new bushing has the inside taper already. No link was available, just copy and paste in amazon search box. the ones from ok4w might be better quality.
