Cool...there's some info about that in the V6 Performance book by Pat Ganahl.

Man that's cool.. No idea what I would do with it, but it's still cool.

Without the constant vacuum of the draw from multiple cylinders sucking to each of their own beats would not the intermittent air flow through each carb & inertia from the fuel starting to move cause issues with optimal setup?

I can't help but wonder what a Dauntless would sound like idling with that setup.

I’m guessing idle would be no less than 2500 rpm!

You can buy stacks to tune the runner length to whatever RPM range you want:

You can also get nice drop in throttle bodies for EFI:

Remember, this intake is for FULL RACE applications...one reason I was never impressed with that V6 Performance book.

Very cool find. That would be pretty neat to have even as wall art. A real piece of history.
Honda had an inline 6 with carburetors. Lots 4 cylinder motorcycles also. But this manifold was for racing. Liking Fireballs injection idea.

Wall art was the first thing to come to mind for me when I discovered it. Then second thought was… man. Adjusting six carbs?! Hell no.

They're not that hard to tune, if you've got the right tools.

This manifold is designed for two Weber 3 barrel IDA’s, as used on the Porsche air-cooled flat 6’s. The carbs are available new and used, but are far from affordable. I have one of these carbs, but not the second one needed for my Corvair. I have a set of spare Corsa heads modified for these carbs. They are actually pretty easy to jet and tune, and are very tractable for even a daily driver, at least Corvair.
I’m very familiar with Inglese and have their catalog around somewhere. A close friend has a nicely built Chevy 327 in a homebuilt special with a similar SBC Inglese intake with four Weber twin throat IDA 45’s.
I’ve seen this Buick V6 manifold in the catalog, but never considered it for a CJ, but they do look really cool!
