Quick couple of questions about a 62 CJ5 F 134 engine fuel pump.

It is a double action and I want to know what fuel pressure it operates at with the spacer, and without the
and without the spacer. Also would a single action pump deliver similar pressures.

Also are the bolt holes deep enough to run without the spacer or would shorter bolts be needed.

    Thats all thanks

Welcome from Michigan, You need the spacer, it is a shim to make the fuel pump arm sit on the right spot of the cam for the right stroke of the fuel pump. If you don't put the spacer on it might over pump fuel and flood the carb. I have a single stage pump on my motor, I have electric wipers and don't need the vacuum pump that is on the factory fuel pump.

The Carter YF carb on an F-head wants about 2.5 or 3 psi delivered pressure.
