This hood will fit the early CJ-5 (55-71) with the shorter front clip. It includes the prop rod and hood tie downs but not the hood hinges. The sheet metal is straight with only slight surface rust here and there - nothing structural. Asking $125. Located in Marysville, Ohio.

Just for further information, does the hood have a snorkel cutout on the right side (‘55-‘66)? The ‘66-‘71 hoods didn’t have this feature, though they all interchange with each other.

No cutout. It has the prop rod & the hole in the middle for the secondary hood catch...not sure what year that started.

 

That came with the curved glass windshield which seems to have transitioned into production somewhere mid '69.

The hood will physically fit older Jeeps, but it's proper for late '69 through '71.
