‘63 Cj6 Restoration Wiring Harness

I was going to buy a factory kit from Walcks, but see that they have closed.

Is there another source for a “restoration” factory type wiring harness. I really don’t want to go EZ or Painless if I can avoid it.

 

Welcome from Michigan. Just Make your own, there is not a lot of stuff on a Jeep. I used a factory harness that was all stock, but wish I had just made one. The factory harness has inline fuses, so you have got to find them when something goes wrong. You can go to a Marine Store and buy a fuse panel with the number of fuses you need, mount it on the passenger side firewall in side and go from there. I like Marine wire it is made for wet conditions. You don't need a radio anymore, just put a speaker box in and use your cell phone for what you want. Good Luck.

I was told by someone in the know that Carl was retaining the harness business and I assume, KW is offering the same via Carl. Best quality harness for our Jeeps. Ready to install, no real guess work.
