Lowered the price. Would like to see it go to a good home. Know anyone who needs this?

    Bruce,
Is that for tapered axles or flanged (either?)? That is, might it fit a ‘72 CJ5? I’ve no idea which spline mine has; I haven’t done anything with it since I dragged it home last March.

I’d be all over it if it was a 19 spline limited slip

Assuming the seller has it listed correctly, the 30spline trac-lok would work in any flanged 44 from the later70 thru 71 offset D44 and the 72-75 centered D44.....would guess it would work in later 76+ D44s, but not 100% sure.

    Gah! I did it again.

BRAD, please accept my apology. That isn’t the first time I called you Bruce. I hope it’s the last, though.

So, 1 set of gears and 2 carriers? Or 2 carriers and 2 sets of gears?

One set of gears, one carrier. Just like in the photo.

Jon. You got the Bruce part correctly. The only Brad part would be the first part of our family email, based on my wife's and my different last names. You'd be surprised (apparently not :) ) how many close friends and family have replied to our emails calling me Brad. :D

Did you get your question answered by Jim? (Thanks, Jim.)

    OK.

    Bruce, (correctly, this time)

I think the answer is “Yes, it’ll fit”.

I shudder to think about shipping from you to me, though…
    Or, maybe it’s not outrageous.

The big question is: do I want a “Trash-Lock” gearset? Gotta think about that.

    Jon B.

ps: Mrs. B’s name is Brenda, but way too many people call her Barb, because of our last name (Barber). She’s used to it after 47 years.

That should fit in an "if it fits it ships" P.O. flat rate box no?

Unfortunately, it won't fit in a Flat Rate box. Unless I'm missing something. Their large boxes only come in 3" and 5.5" heights. But the regular rate isn't too bad. Under $50.

The large flate rate boxes are 12x12x8 IIRC and I have shipped Powr-Loks in them.

    John,
I wish it were so. Unless I'm missing something (which wouldn't be the first time), the only available sizes are:

Priority Mail® Large Flat Rate Box
    USPS-Produced Box: 23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3" or 12" x 12" x 5-1/2"

I've been shipping a fair amount of parts the past few months and I haven't seen any box larger than those.

Price lowered again. I'd sure like to see this find a good home.

The price seems good for a set of quality gears. Don't need a trash loc. Have a Dana 30 on hold that will need gears and thinking of changing from
the 4.27 that I have now. Thinking. Other projects to get to first and 4.88's are not uncommon.
