Can anyone tell me if these tails are factory? I can’t find any pictures or info on this tail light configuration.

    ‘63 Willys CJ5

I thought maybe a Tuxedo but nothing else indicates a Tuxedo.

Those aren’t Tuxedo or the housing should be chrome. Is there a spacer behind the driver side absent on the passenger side? That would be an indicator of original. The bottom ones could be original but hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in. The upper red lights or reflectors and the white/clear lights are not stock.

My 67 had those Hall tail lights but were rusted out. I bought a pair from Walcks, and from a few feet away you can't tell them from original.

Yes, those are original Hall 701 tail lights, and they appear to be chrome.
You do, in fact, have a Tuxedo Park MK lll. I see the four holes in the center of the tailgate where the original Tux license plate/light bracket attached. I also see the salmon pink original Indian Ceramic paint in a few places. The MK lll was only painted in Indian Ceramic, and even the steering column and steering wheel were painted that color. The grill was painted white originally.
The MK lll Tux has a lot of different features than the 8322 MK lV Tux that came out in ‘64. Your serial number is just a part of the regular production CJ5’s as opposed to the separate model for the MK lV.
You likely have a cane-shift transmission and twin-stick T/C, though some of the last MK lll’s got the column shifter used on the MK lV. You may have chrome side steps, and should have a chrome rim on the speedometer. You may or may not have Tuxedo Park MK lll badges on the hood sides. Look to see if you have mounting holes for the badges near the hood hold-downs.
    Congradulations on finding another Tux!

Thanks for the info! The more I’ve learned the more I believe you’re right. I have the white grill, chrome hood and windshield hinges, the license plate holder holes, etc. There’s also a vacuum break booster that someone else mentioned and you’re also right about the twin shifter.

I’ll check for the chrome speedo ring tomorrow and also see about the badge holes on the hood. I know the spare tire Mount holes and the u-clip to hold the windshield down have been filled in so the badge holes may have been too.

I was exited before to find an old Willys in this shape but now I’m really pumped.
