how much play should there be between the tranny input shaft and the pilot bushing? right now I have about 1/16" up and down and side to side. maybe a little more. I bought a new clutch from quadratec and they sent a note along with the clutch that the pilot bushing was unavailable. so what should I do? is mine still good? :v6:

Easy maintenance, just get one from your local napa and replace it. Its a cheap peace of mind. My useless opinion

1/16" would be around .060" - and that's quite a lot of clearance for a running fit. I'd replace it.
