Sparton Turn Signal Rebuild

    Hello all,

    The turn signals were acting up in my 75 CJ5. Did some searching and decided to disassemble and clean out the Sparton turn signal and found some damage from a short. The soldering came apart from the flasher wire and burned through what I'm going to incorrectly call a spacer. Anyone have any suggestions on how to replace that spacer? I imagine that if I don't replace it there will be arching and continued damage.

    Carve a new one from blank circuit board or formica? 3D printing???

    Probably easier to locate a deceased Sparton for parts, or buy a usable one. They can be pricey though. Try a WTB ad here at ECJ5?
