Adding A Swaybar To My Ecj ?

    For adding front sway bars, I’ve used most of the stock parts from a late ‘70s CJ7, as in everything associated with the D30 setup. Even the spring plates have two studs; one for the shock and the other for the sway bar.

    Did those old Jeeps use disconnects?

    Not unless the bushings rotted and fell out. If you want disconnects, you go aftermarket.

    I wonder if you could use a washer and cotter pin on one end of the link, like the shocks on a flatty. No need for a quick disconnect, just remove pin and tie the link up outta the way.
