I just discovered a casualty from past summers Jeeping season....I flattened my Y pipe by about half.

I could take it out and try to heat it up and straighten it, I could have a muffler shop replace the damaged section, I could try to buy a new one (is a new Dauntless Y pipe available anywhere?). Or, I can just leave it. It's only got 112.5 cubic inches flowing through it and it rarely sees more than 3500 RPM.
    Thoughts?

I'ld worry come summer if the crossover under the carb starts being too hot. Doesn't look worse than the heat valve being closed.

If you have a slide hammer kit, you can use it to weld a bolt to the dent and hammer it out enough to open the flow back up. No need to even remove it to do that.
