i just installed an aluminum radiator out of a 93 mitsubishi b2600.I had to use a grille off an 85 cj7 because the air intake was much wider than my 67 and so was the radiator. Next I got two side by side electric fans off a nissan maxima. now it barely leaves the c mark on the temp gauge even at low speeds. I will take pics tomorrow. :)

Where is your temp probe. Running a motor really cool is not a good thing. I just went and got a hotter thermostat since I couldnt get mine to run over about 150. BIG ALUMINUM RADIATOR. So i got a new 180 thermostat. Was considering going with the 195, but this should suffice. Be careful running them to cool.

I have a relay kit on my Electric fan now, and the sensor goes through the radiator. I think it is about a 1/16" hole. If I remember right, the relay was a painless. The PO bought and installed this one.
