Gas Tank Relocation

I moved my gas tank to the rear from under the seat on my 62 CJ5. The gas tank I have is the less desirable 2 1/4 opening. I am open to put the filler neck either in the back or side, but I have not found a proper source for those. I need the filler neck, base, cap and hoses. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

 

MTS sells the hoses. The filler neck is unobtainium. Don't know what you mean by base. Grommet? There is a bulkhead fitting to connect the vent hose to the main hose. I recall someone long ago used a filler neck from a Courier pickup or something. A sealed cap is a parts store purchase, IIRC.

 

Barney Jeep has everything you need to install it. Filler hose, vent hose, metal piece that goes in the body for cap. He has gas tank with skid plate. The location of the filler is on the right rear corner of the Jeep. I am in the process of putting one in my Jeep.
