Trying to find something that will work on a 1964 cj5 to keep the wind off my neck. Does anyone have any suggestions ? I have an old style roll bar to tie to.. I was looking at the Bestop windjammer, but there is no
    measurements on it..
    Any help would be appreciated..

    A hoody?

But seriously, the best way I know is to keep the windshield folded down. :D

A venting windshield would do it- they break the suction that sucks to air towards the front.
